5Rhythms® (Soul Motion Guest Teacher)

🦋 7/15 GUEST TEACHER: Katrin Snow with Soul Motion

Soul Motion is an improvisational conscious dance practice where you are invited to discover the depth of your own presence and listen to your body’s wisdom. You might find yourself moving rraucously or slowly, or perhaps resting in stillness – however you are guided in your exquisite listening. Katrin will offer a beginning point, a portal through which to enter your body and discover your own expression. Music is a wide range of styles and rhythms.

All bodies welcome; experience isn’t important.

Katrin is a Certified Soul Motion teacher and studies with the founder of Soul Motion, Vincent Martinez-Grieco, and with master teachers in this practice, Zuza Engler and Michael Molin-Skelton. She also studies Continuum with Susan Harper. Katrin has been teaching Soul Motion for 8 years. She teaches individual classes and workshops around the Bay Area and on zoom.

👣  Fee:           $25  (No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Email me and we'll figure something out.)
