🌟 5Rhythms® can be described in so many different ways. One way to look at it is: it is a conscious dance movement practice for body-mind integration and soul remembering.


A 5Rhythms® Sweat dance class is facilitated by a Certified 5Rhythms® teacher, a teacher in training, or a Space Holder. In a typical Sweat class, we start with a warm-up, then a brief introduction of the 5Rhythms, followed by an one-hour uninstructed Wave.
