Gather Gold: New Year Eve Dance (Dec 31)

💫 On the last night of 2025, before we cross the threshold into a new year, we pause to honor the year, what it showed us, how it shaped us. This dance is an invitation to sift through the year, gently, honestly, and gather the gold that’s been hiding in plain sight. The bright moments, the hard-won lessons, the unexpected kindnesses, the resilience you didn’t know you had. Even the cracked places that let a little more light in. This dance is about gathering our gold, holding it close, and letting it shine us forward into the new year.

  5Rhythms® is a dynamic dance movement practice founded by Gabrielle Roth that focuses on body-mind integration and soul remembering through intuitive movements. It offers a movement map guided by five distinct rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Each rhythm serves as a unique teacher and catalyst, carrying deep medicines for personal growth and spiritual awakening.

👣  Arrival @ 6:50pm is HIGHLY PREFERRED to support you enter our movement meditation space.

::: Our space is drug/substance-free, and scent-free including essential oils, perfumes, and strong body deodorant.

::: All bodies are welcome. No prior dance experience is needed.

Qibei is 5RTA Accredited. All her classes & workshops can be counted as prerequisite hours towards the 5Rhythms® Teacher Training path.
