IGNITE: Power and Passion in EveryBody

In a world burning with division and disconnection, IGNITE is a call to remember: we are not just minds; we are breath, bone, spirit, and story.

This is not your typical movement workshop. This is a revolution of rhythm, a fierce celebration of difference, and a soul-stirring dive into what it means to truly inhabit your body, whatever body you’re in.

Led by Douglas Drummond, a dynamic 5Rhythms® teacher known for his deep, inclusive approach to embodiment, and Dr. Victor Pineda, a global force for disability justice and human rights, this experience welcomes every body and every story. Together, we’ll burn through the barriers that keep us separate and dance into a new kind of belonging. We have two amazing guest musicians: Sanga of the Valley and Nick Ayers.

The Cost:

A.   Full Fee: $395

I am comfortably able to meet all my basic needs, I am employed or do not need to work. I have access to financial savings and have an expendable income. I may struggle at times, but overall, I feel financially comfortable.

B.   Partial Discount: $335 (15% off)

I may stress about meeting my basic needs, but still regularly achieve them, I may have some debt, but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs. I may have access to financial savings and have some expendable income.

C.   Full Discount: $275  (30% off)

I frequently stress about meeting my basic needs and have some debt. I'm unemployed or underemployed without access to savings and have no or very limited expendable income, yet doing this workshop will be very important to me.
