Relational Mindfulness
meditation, made human
grounded in the body • alive in connection
Relational Mindfulness invites meditation out of isolation and into connection. Rather than practicing in a rigid or "do it right" way, we explore awareness as something alive and responsive, in the body and in relationships, within and around us, by noticing breath, sensation, emotion, and movements of things. Even thoughts are allowed!
It is a remembering that meditation is not foreign or far away, but a natural capacity in how we sense, feel, and meet each moment. In this way, mindfulness becomes a dynamic, embodied awareness of being in relationship with life itself.
