We are a collective of 5Rhythms® teachers who have a rainbow of experiences, depth, and mastery in guiding the exploration of this dynamic movement meditation practice. Each teacher brings their unique style and wisdom to the dance floor, shared by their passion and trust in the transformative power of 5Rhythms®. Come and ride the waves with us!
