Holiday-Unwrap Dance (Dec 26)

🎁 Join us for this Holiday-Unwrap Dance on Dec 26th! The day after Christmas, the world is a little softer, a little quieter. Maybe bits of wrapping paper are still lingering on the floor, gifts opened, surprises revealed, and underneath it all, there’s me, still unfolding. What’s the present inside of me waiting to be opened? 🌊 Boundless Waves is a collective offering by five 5Rhythms@ certified teachers in Berkeley, CA.  We have a rainbow of experiences, depth, and mastery im guiding the exploration of this dynamic movement meditation practice. Each teacher brings their unique style and wisdom to the dance floor, shared by their passion and trust in the transformative power of 5Rhythms. 🔔 Register HERE to avoid waiting at the door! Everybody's welcome! In fact there is no need for experience of any movement practice or dancing skills, and there is no physical limitation or exclusion. If you have a body, you can dance! Please come ready to sweat, bring your curiosity, a water bottle and your friends.
