About the event

“Throats and bones are two oldest musical instruments known to humans.” - Angeles Arrien

  • When was the last time you sang?
  • When was the last time you danced?
  • When was the last time you told a story?
  • When was the last time you gave yourself undivided attention?

When we move our bodies in rhythms, voice what is true and meaningful, and listen to each other with curiosity and care, we wake up together in our most vibrant, sovereign, and resourceful selves.

In this 3-hour session, we begin with a conscious dance movement session to awake our embodied presence and tap into our somatic intelligence, followed by a short journaling and a break, then dive into a conscious relating session. We close the night with a harvesting and appreciation circle.

♥️   Come to practice this as a collective so we can be each other's medicine and nourishment for a wakeful life. If not now, then when?

✨ Dance. Be danced.

✨ Speak. Be heard.

✨ Feel. Be felt.

✨ Be yourself.

✨ Be alive.

💎 No prior dance movemnet experience is necesssary but come with an open mind and a willingness to try.

💎 This is not a social event but an intentional practice ground for cultivating authentic presence and meaningful human connection.

💎 This class is drug/substance-free and scent-free, including perfume, essential oil, and strong deodorant.

❣️ If you'd like to dance for free or simply want to support, contact me to join the crew team.
